Shipping and Returns
Most orders are roasted and shipped within 2-3 business days.
We try our best to consolidate roasts in order to guarantee freshness.
We use FedEx 2-Day Air for all US shipments except shipments to PO Boxes. Those are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. No matter which service we use, we will email you a tracking number as soon as your order is picked up from our location.
Shipping rates are based on product weight. The following rates are valid for the US only. Please see below for international orders.

We ship our coffee all over the world! Please email aloha@peleplantations.com for international rates.
Shipping cost depends on the shipping address and package weight, so we will need to know where we are shipping and which products you plan to order. Once we have that information, we will email a quote back to you and help you place your order.
RETURN POLICY
When you order from Pele Plantations, you receive coffee that is freshly roasted just for you.
We roast every order just before we ship it out. We never keep coffee sitting on a shelf, nor would we ever re-ship coffee that has been previously sent to another customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns.
